Alyx has spent the last several hours switching between planning for the eventual assault on the Australian geneworm and fighting with the Borealis's non-functional systems. The work is taking a lot out of her, but she's not about to admit that.
Fortunately, she didn't have to. Shephard, upon returning to the ship, took one look at her and "suggested" that she take a trip to Milliways. Without any electronics or planning materials with her, so she'll get an actual break. After a surprisingly short argument, Alyx actually decided to take his advice.
So here she is, on a yoga mat on the grass by the lake, doing her meditation exercises.
