A man walks through many doors in his lifetime, but it is a finite number: eventually, there will always be a last time through any given door.
The fluid nature of time around the bar means that while for Mark Antony, in his current timeline, some visits remain, chronologically from this side of the door this is his last visit. But he's not thinking of that now, as he steps back through the door--no, he has a city to govern, and a woman to see.
