Before she closes the door, you can hear the sound of music, talking, and laughter. And Margolotta is wearing something of a party dress -- black, classic vampiric cut, but made entirely of brimstoned* rubber and black leather.
She looks the part of queen vampire much more than usually. You can't always look meek and harmless. People come to expect it. Never do what people expect...
She walks in, puts down her papers on the bar, orders a glass of red wine, and looks around.

As of "Unseen Academicals", Margolotta canonically owns that dress, a very valuable thing because brimstoned rubber is a very new and yet rare material, as a gift from the Low King of the dwarfs, Rhys Rhysson. Yes, it is a latex and leather dress.-
