Tali's set up at a large table right by the Window. It's covered in various small widgets, gewgaws and parts. Tali appears to be assembling these parts into high-powered flashlights: when she finishes one, she shakes it for a couple of minutes and then flips the switch to see if it works. If it does, it goes in a box at her feet.
Her most recent flashlight didn't pass the test. She's taking it apart to see if she put something in backwards, or if a part is defective.
