Okay. Several people told Ellen the other day that they'd come help out with the mutants. She's good with that, she really is, she's deeply and powerfully grateful because BEHEMOTH and OUTDOORS and TONGUE MONSTERS and MUTANTS WITH ASSAULT RIFLES and we mentioned OUTDOORS, right? Fighting a Behemoth when it has no allies and it's constrained by the Capitol rotunda, or when there's a whole squad of Brotherhood soldiers and not much space for it to run in, that's one thing. This monster's in open territory that's been fortified by its allies, and while the Behemoth might not be bright enough to throw things or use projectile weapons, the other greenskins will be.

Ellen owes the people who're going to come help her all the information she can spare, as well as all the assistance she can offer equipment-wise. This is why she's working on roughing out a map of what she managed to see of the area, its cover, and its hazards. And why she's got what look like Polaroid photographs out of a couple of dead supermutants, one dead Centaur, and the slightly blurry form of the Behemoth in the distance- people should know.

(Those of you who've seen her before, she's got more visible scars than you might remember. They're healed up nicely, but it's going to be quite some time before any of them fade. And that one ear of hers isn't ever gonna look like factory issue again, so to speak.)
