A bloke walks into a bar.
...um... well.... no. A bloke staggers into a bar.
In other words, not to put a fine point on it, but he looks bloody awful.
Fortunately, he has instead somehow found his way to Milliways. He stumbles over to the Bar and mumbles, "...fag. Whiskey..."
Instead, he receives a paper napkin reading Doctor.
He groans. "C'mon, sweetheart, gi'us some love..."
Another napkin: DOCTOR.
John slumps to the floor, leaning against the Bar. He sits there, hugging himself, staring into space.
Is there a doctor in the Bar?
