The drow walks over to stand by the young boy's chair. "The Bar informed me that you were looking for me?" Zaknafein said, clearly curious as he glanced at Naruto. "Did something go wrong?"
He'd been waiting for Zhaan to show or for some indication that she'd be busy for the next couple of days, but he hadn't seen her. He still had some time to work with, before he would need to make the notes to inform his friends of where he was going, with Mara.
Zak smiled at Naruto and hugged him back, ruffles his hair gently. "Naruto, it is nice to see you again." The drow's glance is curious, careful. "How was your day? Did anything happen?"
"I see. I don't think I've ever seen anything like that before." Zak said, gesturing to the rice ball. "But then, I've never been to your world before, so it shouldn't be such a surprise to me that your world's food is so different from what I'm used to."
"So, how were your classes?" Zaknafein asked curiously. "I see you were hard at work with a scroll. Is it your homework?"
The drow took note of the young boy's hesitation towards referring to his school and shifted the subject slightly. "This clone jutsu, does it truly duplicate you, physically? Or is it just an illusion? An image of you that isn't really there?"
"That seems to be difficult." The drow said, glancing at him curiously. Zaknafein's not quite sure how to help Naruto right now, because the young boy does not seem to want to talk about what is bothering him and Zak wants to respect his privacy. "But it may be useful as a decoy, if you want something to cover your tracks, right? I myself have no aptitude for such things. I wish you the best of luck."
He seats himself next to Naruto's chair. "I may be going out on a trip to another world sometime soon. There's a princess who's in need of rescue." The drow smiled slyly. He then ventured cautiously. "If I do go, Naruto, is there anything you might like me to bring back for you?"
Zak's laugh is soft. "They don't have Ramen there, I think. Different materials to make noodles and soups with, you see. Of course, I will see what other things they do make." Zaknafein ruffled the young boy's hair.
"Speaking of which... I thought you might like these." The drow brings out a set of paint brushes, a ream of thick, strong, paper and blue, red and yellow inks made in Mara's world.
"I am glad you like them." Zak said, smiling slightly. "I hope they will help you relax. I understand that sometimes, painting is a way of relieving stress and expressing one's self? Or at least, that is my understanding of the purpose of graffiti, though I hope you shall not use these on the Bar's walls?"

He looked a little embarrassed, and totally ignored the question about school.
