Urquhart has found another book about drinks. Drinks women might like, even. So he's not even inconvenienced when the bar asks him to tend today, during her three hours off. Instead, he gets the ingredients ready and writes a number of timeless classics on the specials board:

Vodka Gimlet
Greyhound
Brandy Alexander
Old Fashioned

Then, he stands behind he bar and waits for patrons.

He'll serve men as well as women, of course. But he hopes for the latter.-
