Adrian's had it up to ^^^with his latest duty today. Not that he's not enjoying it, on some weird and perverse level that'd have his old sergeants rolling on the floor laughing their asses off, but if one more person at White Forest makes a joke about it he's gonna spit in their food.
.... no he's not. He's got standards. He's got pride. But dammit, he'll think about it.
Anyway, Milliways has food he didn't have to make, and beer that doesn't taste like ass, so that's where he is now. So's the houndeye puppy, who thinks her human's new duty of choice is fantastic. It means scraps. And now she gets to doze off by the fire! Hooray!
