Ingress notices the whomping and walks over. She shields her eyes and looks up from a safe distance.

"Oh, no! Ace is that you up there?"

Ace, with her coat hanging about her ears, can't really twist around to see Ingress, but her hearing is pretty good.

"Ingress? Just s'as y'know, this is more of a 'do as I say, not as I do' situation. Definitely one of those."

"I've always stayed away from the Whomping Willow. Tom taught me a long time ago. Do you need help?"

[nitro_is_ace]

"Yes, well." Ingress should stay away from the Willow, Ace is right behind Tom on that one. Ingresses certainly can't fly.

"What I need..." She muses, still dangling upside-down, "Is a lighter."

The tree gives her a good shake for mouthing off.

Will's done his best to avoid the Whomping Willow but he can someone's on it,

"'ow can I aid ye up there?"

Ace attempts to twist 'round to see who's talking to her, but really, wood's a bit stronger than her.

She can admit that, yes. She won't say it out loud, but really. Can't budge an inch.

"Have you any napalm?" Ace calls down, and is shaken like a misbehaving puppy for her trouble.

"Nay, could get some gasoline from the Bar though."

A branch swings out to try and hit him and Will ducks and curses, "Bloody 'ell."

"Um." Ace swings from where the tree's wrapped around her ankle. "I wouldn't suggest doin' that. It's... cranky."

Ellen was out exercising her dog and checking on her two-headed cows when the dog in question took it into his head to run off after a squirrel. Thus she finds herself in an area she doesn't normally approach, and catches sight of the pyro and the tree.

"... Harold, if that's you or Herbert, one of you needs to behave," she says at the sight. She seems to think this makes sense.

"If I'm neither one, does that mean I can go on bein' a delinquent?" Ace asks, as she sways in the non-existent breeze.

"I was talking to the tree," Ellen says. "I thought it was someone I knew. Are you all right?"

[nitro_is_ace]

"You know trees? Did y'aid an' abet this tree?" Ace asks, as if she were in the position to do something about it at the moment.

Mostly... she's just upside-down. And dangling.
