Hannibal was antsy.

More than antsy. Perhaps it had to do with the bowl of sugary cereal he had that morning, but regardless, King was antsy. Sure he had spend a lot of his time up in the room that he was sharing with Abs working out and trying to plot a way to get back towards 'home'. What else was he supposed to do? Stare at that window all day long watching the fireworks show like it was the freaking Fourth of July? Nuh huh. That wasn't how he worked.

That was how Hannibal found himself in the bar sitting watching the wall that he had come out of with his door. His heel was tapping rapidly against the wooden floor as he concentrated hoping to make the blasted thing appear out of thin air. It had been months since he had entered from the fight with the vamps straight in to the bar from... the Outer Limits. It he didn't get back to it soon then he was going to go more than a little loopy. Not that Milliways wasn't nice or anything. King just had some unfinished business to take care of.

When the Nightstalker blinked he saw it. His door was there waiting on him to go straight out toward the fight and to get some action going. King was up in a start making a beeline straight for the stairwell to grab his gear and write Abby a hasty not that his door had come back. By the time he was taking the steps two at a time down sounding like a herd of cattle in the process, King was repeating over and over to himself, "Door... door... door... door!" Jumping the last few steps the man was literally running across the bar when suddenly, just as soon as it had appeared, his door was gone.

Stopping when at a dead run was near impossible for him. Hannibal stumbled and tripped nearly taking out a set of chairs and patrons in the process. As he landed on the ground a few feet away in a huff his mouth opened and nothing that came out of it was proper enough to anyone's ears. That was a poor and devious trick!
