*Moiraine comes downstairs and goes to the bar for tea. A cup appears, along with
a bouquet of flowers attached to one note, and
a rose attached to another.
The Aes Sedai considers the rose warily, but opens and reads both notes. Moiraine takes everything over to her table and settles there, looking very thoughtful.*

Michael. It has been some time. *Moiraine indicates an empty seat, and glances at her own rose.*
It would appear so, at that.

"You need not rise on my account. Please, sit down."
He pulls out a chair and waits for Moiraine to sit, then follows.

I was wondering if we could start that conversation about Arithon over. I never intended to act in that manner, and I can only blame my lack of forethought. I did a charm I shouldn't have in order to help someone dear to me. I hope you can forgive me, if not forget.
*Tom knows there is no way she will ever forget this episode.*

Certainly we may have another discussion, if you wish.
*A pause.*
I would be interested in hearing of the charm, and of what need was such that you were moved to use it.
