[OOM: Once upon a time there was a Senator...]
A now fallen and disgraced Senator in hiding who was frankly very surprised to find himself flying over the snow laden fields, mountains and lakes out back of the bar. It was much colder than the skies over Mexico that he had been flying, after rescuing his daughter before Danko and his men could get to her. Any protections they had were now gone upon learning of his status as one of them. She was settled in the motel, and he was going to try to garner some more money for them.
He needed to make it right again, but he needed time to get things together to do so. This was as good as a place as any.
He flew through the back door with a whoosh, leaving a dust cloud of powder snow in his wake. He still had his suit, but it was a bit worse for wear now. Also far too cold to be outside without an overcoat. He stamped his feet upon landing and made his way toward the fireplace to dry off, calling for a latte from a passing waitrat as he did so.
