Last week, Susannah opened her linen closet and found a bar.

She didn't come in. But she checked the next day, and it was still there. It's been there. Waiting. She can't get to her sheets. Finally she bought new ones.

Now she's here. The first thing she does is put up a sign on the bulletin board. It's laser-printed.

Attention artisans and craftsmen of Milliways:

I need a trunk made or acquired. It should be spacious and sturdy, and contain a fair amount of well-hidden secret storage space. Magic is probably the easiest way to do this, but I'll listen to proposals for a well-made mechanism as well.

I can pay in bar credit, gold, gems, or other resources you may need. I'm sure we can work something out. I need it within a month. Please supply references if you have any in the bar who can vouch for you.

My name is Susannah Toren. You can leave me a message with the bar. If I happen to be in the bar while you're here, I'm a dark-skinned woman, in my fifties, in a mechanical wheelchair.

The second thing she does is get a drink; she likes Grasshoppers. Her hands are not giving her too much trouble today, but it's still clear from the hammered shape of them that she struggles with arthritis these days. There's more grey in her tight curls than there was the last time she was here, too.

Well. She's back.

[OOC: I got to this later than I wanted, so it's open until it scrolls off the page.]
