He's currently in a chair by the fire, alternating between filming things with a camera the Bar gave him this morning and... wondering what in the Abyss the thing is supposed to be; it's safe to say there's nothing like it in Bistort

An olive-skinned, almond-eyed young woman is staring at Sam from the chair opposite. She can't shake the feeling that she ought to know him, somehow...

Well, on the one hand, he's wearing all black, other than the scarf. That would seem to suggest 'no.'
But on the other, there is the scarf, to say nothing of the camera...
.........So this could get awkward.

"Excuse me... this is going to seem like a weird question, but have we met?"
