Oh, sure, there are sick people in the bar at the moment. Something's going around, or something.
But none of them look this good doing it.
...Which is one of many reasons Larry's riding this out here, rather than going home. He doesn't mind not having to think about being sick, but the clothes are ridiculous and he'd rather not expose his son to this... whatever it is.
