Most people aren't aware of it, but Aleph does like to keep in shape, even though her job mainly requires sitting down at the most amazing and technologically advanced computer system in the history of ever. Because her job also involves busting heads from a distance, and there's always the remote possibility that Central Operations can be compromised.
Not to mention, what else are you going to do with a ridiculous number of martial artists/gymnasts/everything else you can think of? It's amazing what you can learn when you're bored, even from a distance.
