Alucard is passing by and on a whim he decides to help. Lifting the man easily up and setting him aside.

"Thanks," says Jerry, "Any idea who needed another way into the garage?"

And, you know, why they didn't clean up after themselves?

"No I don't" he admits. "Though it is amusing watching the humans continue to fall into it.

[mything_person]

'Humans'. Well that helps explain the voice in the back of Jerry's head that's telling him to run. Not that he listens...

"Yeah that's a perspective thing isn't it?" asks Jerry, "I think the quote goes, 'Tragedy is me falling on a banana peel, comedy is you falling down a manhole.'"

"I'm Jerry."

"If I were to fall on a banana peel I would find that amusing." though he probably wuoldn't.

"I am Alucard." he loook at the fallen book, "What was so interesting?"

The book is part of a seriesand titled Tarzan Alive.

"I enjoy reading," offers Jerry who is not twitching at the name, surely not, "Walking? Not so much. On the average, it was balancing out."

Alucard chuckles whether at the mans joke or at his reaction who can say.

"Perhaps you should wait until you are seated before reading." he points out, "It is not far between the tables and the room."

OOC: It's totally down with the cars.

"People keep telling me that," agrees Jerry, "And besides a few wrong turns-"

And he totally knew he'd ended up turned around when he ended up in the graveyard instead of his home. A simple case of being turned ninety degrees off true.

"-I've been fine up until now. Mostly."

"I'd better get that back. It's a library loan."

Alucard has found this amusing enough, "Allow me." he jumps down into the hole and picks up the book and then jumps gracefully back up. "Here you go." inhuman speed can be convienent.

Jerry's ability to jerked around when freaked out is actually fairly small. He's just used to the monsters being built on a more majestic scale is all.

"...Thanks," he manages, "Do you want a drink or something?"

Alucard grins showing his fangs, "Tempting but I am full for the night."

Jerry doesn't facepalm. That would break line of sight.

"Not what I meant," he says, "but good to hear anyway."

Alucard chuckles, "Enjoy your book." and he walks by the man to head towards the door.
