You might be surprised, how hard it is to find a relatively peaceful spot to plan a jewelry store heist.
But then, Conflict Diamond is doing her damnedest to be a neutral party in a world of heroes and villains. She doesn't want the help she'd be offered if she did her planning in the Henchmen's Union headquarters, and while she has less to worry about when it comes to heroes these days, she still prefers not to take her chances.
Milliways may not be the most peaceful of places, but it is neutral ground. And so, Conflict Diamond is at a table, with a blueprint and a notebook.
She would not necessarily say no to a distraction, if one arose. So long as that distraction doesn't mess up her blueprint.
