[
OOM: Cal starts settling into his new life.]
For the last week, every time Cal has opened a door, he's been disappointed when it merely leads to where it's supposed to go. Even before he left, he couldn't shake the anxiety that he might not be able to find a door back. He knows it's irrational, but it's still a difficult theory to resist. After all, Milliways brought him in after his death, directed him toward an accidental resurrection, and provided the means by which he's been able to start a new life. Who's to say it wouldn't consider its duty done where he's concerned?
So, when the door to his guest room does not lead to his guest room, the relief is intense. Cal exhales a long breath and steps through, closing his Door behind him.
