Some long time after all of this-
Konstam went with Vanessa and Adam to ask their parents for Vanessa's hand in marriage, leaving Joris to escort X back to Milliways. This happened with a quick side trip to Khan Valley for a new scanner, but then it was back along the Bounds to the End of the Universe. And after all of that happening, rather than making his way back Home, Joris just crashed in a room last night.
And as for today- Joris knows he should be making his way back home.
(Just the idea that he now can, after being a Homeward Bounder, is rather awesome.)
But it has been quite a while since Joris has been here when things have not been going horribly wrong, so if he takes a bit of time today before he starts off for home-
It should be perfectly alright, yes?
So, the young teenager in a white suit is sprawled on one of the couches, having finished a large breakfast, and if he seems to be treating today as a Single Day of Vacation-
Well, after recent events, even Konstam would not blame him.
