Atton is out back, swinging a sword about.

It's more of a sped-up kata than anything - a string of movements done very, very fast.

Botherable.

"Greetings, Atton Rand," Teja says.

He has not spoken to his friend in a while.

[stuck_mynock]

"Tejmandude!" Atton says, sheathing his sword. "How're you?"

[ostro_goth]

"The afterlife," Teja says, "continues interesting, but not always pleasurable. It is, truly, much like life."

[stuck_mynock]

"It effectively is life, just in a much smaller environment. Been having problems lately, then?"

[ostro_goth]

Teja sighs deeply.

"You might say so," he says. "But I would not burden you with my worries. Do you wish to spar?"

[stuck_mynock]

"Sure. Sword and axe or fists or what?"

[ostro_goth]

"What do you prefer?" Teja says.

[stuck_mynock]

"What do you prefer?"

[ostro_goth]

"Axe against sword is an eternal classic, is it not?" Teja says.

[stuck_mynock]

Thoughtfully: "I have heard this."

[ostro_goth]

"Indeed?" Teja says. "Would you be willing?"

[stuck_mynock]

"Sure! It'd be fun."

[ostro_goth]

Teja stands, axe at the ready, and nods.

[stuck_mynock]

Atton lifts his sword, resting it against his shoulder for a moment before slashing down at Teja.

[ostro_goth]

Teja parried with the heft of his axe.

[stuck_mynock]

Atton uses this as his cue to kick out at Teja's legs.

(Nobody said they only had to use the sword and the axe. That'd be foolish, Atton feels.)
