Not all Ghostbuster calls involve jumpsuits, proton packs, and slime. Those are only the active elimination ones. Investigation and pacification runs are another story; sometimes the people with the ghost just want it confirmed or made quiet, rather than paying for full removal. Ray kind of likes those calls. They're a good distraction from the screaming and the yelling and the throwing of plates. Today one of those cases brought him out to an old museum on Staten Island, on Lighthouse Avenue. This may perhaps account for why he smells vaguely of incense and smoke despite wearing one of his 'I have to be a civilized grown-up now, don't I' suits.
"Bar? I seem to have missed lunch. What can you do for me in the way of pizza?"
What he gets involves whole wheat and low-fat cheese, among other things, but he doesn't seem to mind much.
