Charlie is in the bar today doing very little. He's currently having a drink and reading a book, recently settled in a chair near the Window.
Entirely botherable, until he leaves. He's just waiting on Jason to get a few things together for himself. Charlie figures it would do Jason good to go back home, and if he's got someone with him they can't be locked out.
