Shephard's been outside since dawn, busting his ass in physical training of one kind or another. He's got an ongoing war to return to back home, plus he promised to make up for that kid Tyler's lack of gym classes when they got the chance. No sense getting slack now. A morning like that means a man works up an appetite, so when he comes in he heads straight for the Bar and orders a roast beef sandwich and gravy. It arrives. It is good.
