With the warmer weather, Gaia has ventured outside and to the sparring ring. She feels restless, cooped up, too well-behaved, and it worries her--though she's certainly got no objections to being well-fed and not treated as a slave, she isn't used to peace, and so wants to stay in practice.

Hence getting back into training.
