When X slips through the front door she suffers a moment of confusion. Even X-men do not expect suddenly-appearing cat ears and a tail to suddenly appear on their person.
The jingle-bell collar is even more of a surprise. X does not appreciate the inability to move silently.
Still--she can always take it off later, right?

This is why a slightly disgruntled-looking X is seated at the bar, a black tail hanging down behind her. Hopefully no one thinks to pull on it.
