Hodgins is rebelling.
Quietly. But rebelling nonetheless.
He’s supposed to be filling out his first half-ton of reports as part of the review process that’s been dumped on the Medico-Legal lab. But Hodgins doesn’t care for humoring officious little bureaucrats even at the best of times.
And this is far from the best of times.
Besides, he has more important things to do.
There are a number of legal pads laid out on Hodgins’s table, each one a detailed To Do list in progress. Each pad has a heading in black marker: “Zach.” “Divorce.” “Gravedigger.” “Annoy Investigators-Subtly.” Among others. He’ll jot notes on one for a bit, then set it aside and take up another. And then another.
Things to do. Things to fix. Got to have a game plan.
