After this, there were a pair of men flying into the bar. One was a shook up blond man who was deposited on the couch by the fireplace, by the flying dark haired man and a drink ordered for him. The shaken up man then grabbed Nathan's arm, and was urgently saying something to him.
And by the scowl on the dark haired man's face, it wasn't good news at all. He shook his arm free, and went to order a drink for himself from the bar.
So in summation, there was a Johnny still shaken and panting as he tried to calm down on the couch. Also who had belatedly remembered the notice for the House of Arch teaching staff, and was wondering if Tom Riddle was around.
And a Nathan sitting at the bar with a clear frown on his face. He just got some very unpleasant news about a likely future. And no splashes of black paint could make this vanish that easily.
Either would be very up for distractions.
