There are three very different men at the magic library at the moment, of which only one is actually a man. The other is a god of magic, the third an anthromorphic personification of great cataclysmic change.
Teja is still reading scrolls on playing the lyre, hampered by the absence of his actual lyre, newly gifted by Eirene; but apparently, one must not play music in a library, nor may remove scrolls provided by the 'inter-dimensional inter-library loan' that the purple godling invoked to get them. But his memory being what it is, Teja easily retains enough to put it into practice later.
Asar-Suti is sitting at his computer, happily cataloguing a stack of rather lurid books on sex magic that would most likely shock the staunch dead Goth if he saw their covers. They describe things that are anatomically impossible to ordinary men or women, anyway, but would most likely be great fun if you had the sort of equipment the creatures from that world -- hara, they call themselves, or wraeththu -- seem to have. Rather enviable, actually, Asar-Suti thinks as he puts the book aside and proceeds to the next one.
Tower is sitting on a table, quietly chuckling to himself as he reads a tome garishly inscribed 'The 111 Worst Magical Accidents And Mishaps, by Prudentia Peevish'. This is just the sort of book to amuse him. The door to the library is open, so anybody that passes on the upstairs corridor, in between the rooms, might actually find the place, and come inside, for this once.-
