Guppy is outside, by the lake, trying to do some sort of relaxation exercises.
Apart from the fact that he is clearly freezing cold (it being November and all), and that he keeps getting them mixed up with his wife's antenatal instructions, they seem to be going all right. Ish.
He should probably go inside and warm up.
