Bart has been more or less avoiding going through the door for a couple days for no particular reason- well, aside from the fact that a boy with a bruise in the shape of a backwards 'FRESH!!' is more noticeable than an un-fresh boy.
At any rate, Bart is sprawled on his stomach (guess where most of the bruises are located! Go on, guess!) on one of the couches, eyeing the fish in the fireplace reflectively and playing with a blue-and-green rubber ball, backpack on the ground next to him (as always!).
