The Yrael that staggers heavily through the door is almost too bright to look at, flickering like a faulty florescent light. What is left of his usually spotless clothes is ragged, stained with weeks of dormant existence in a New Orleans alleyway

And one panicking Kyo.
He can't look directly at Yrael, not for long at least.
And he knows better than to touch him.
But he can get a fire extinguisher, and keep the floor's fire from spreading.
"Yrael!"
Reply
"Kyo," he rasps out, voice crackling with something akin to static. He's mostly flame at the moment, not being able to summon the concentration to find physical shape.

His voice is disbelieving.
"You're fucking MADE OF FIRE and you're asking how I've been?"
He slams his fist on the closest table. "What the hell happened?"
Reply
"I just... got too far away from my door, while in a world with no magic. I started shutting down."
Reply
He nods, and then sits. "So this is your weakness? Being away from magic?"
Reply
He's still terribly bright, wavering in voice and form and balance.
Reply
He blinked. "So don't do that again."
Reply
"Yeah. Thanks. I'll remember."
Reply
So, that pretty much exhausts Kyo's repertoire of helpfulness.
Reply
It may be melting.
