Corran, for the record, might note a blaster on Bonzo's hip. For the purposes of comedy Bonzo came in from doing some target practice in a part of the 'out back' areas not overrun with the jungle stuff.
Laugh. "No, no..." Pause. "But there was this strange guy in the Bar a few days ago..." Bonzo reaches inside a pocket and retrieves the joker that the Joker gave him. "He gave me his card."
"He gave you a playing card?? What were you guys playing? That's no sabbac--" Corran reaches out, takes the card--and feels a flash of something very .... DARK.
"I don't know. He said his name was The Joker...and he did this magic trick where he seemed to turn one of these cards into many." Pause. "There was also something...I couldn't place it, but there was something strange about this guy. Something off..."
"The Joker." Corran considers it for a minute, then looks closely at the card. "Looks a lot like The Fool to me." Corran kicks out a stool for Bonzo to sit in--
.....
"Nice piece." He blinks a couple times. "Where'd you get a BlasTech from?"
Corran staaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaares at the kid for a minute.
Then he reaches down and pulls a shinier, somewhat less used-and-abused version of the same blaster out of his holster. "Try that again. Mine's right here."
Bonzo nods, and pulls his version out of his holster to show as well. "You gave...give..." Pause for a vain attempt to sort out the proper verbage for such an occasion. "I met an older version of you in here a few years ago. We needed to go on a mission...long story...and you gave me your blaster."
Another moment. "Do these things have serial numbers or anything like that?"
"Yeah, they have WINs--weapon identification numbers." Corran flips his around to look at the butt of the gun. "Mine's BD14292265." He taps the area along the spine of the butt where the number is found.
Long time, no see, huh? Bonzo notices Corran in the Bar (at least the younger version of him that's around these days), and heads on over to see him.

"Bon--Bruck! How are you?!?" Corran grins. It's nice to have someone recognize you...

Corran shrugs, and raises his glass slightly. "Back here, so things must be good. What's new since last I saw you?"
He pauses, and frowns. "How long has it been here since last I saw you?"
Reply
"Uh...about four months, give or take." About 24 hours, that is... "I think."

He pauses for a second, then reconsiders that idea. "No Doomsday clock-sorta stuff, right?"

"BD14292265?" A gesture for Corran to take a look.

Then he drops that gun and grabs his own again.
Now he picks it back up, and is holding both guns by the barrel, butts pointed back at him.
".....oh, kriff. "
