Aww, the girls are so cute!

Chuck is at a table, sipping her tea and observing cheerfully.

Kaelyn wanders closer to where Chuck is, babbling in baby-talk. Ellia stops and whines. "Kaaaae."

"Hello there!" she says, with the sort of voice one tends to put on around kids. That sort of extra-perky one (not that Chuck isn't already quite a perky person by nature).

Kae looks up and waggles her fingers at the lady. "'Lo."

Ellia turns to look at her mother as Kira comes wandering up behind them.

Chuck waggles hers, too.

"How are you?" she asks.

"Good." She says before turning to see her mother. "Mamaaa!"

"Hello, sweetling." Kira says before looking at Chuck. "Hi."

[girlcalldchuck]

"Hi!" she returns, smiling. "Are they your daughters? They're beautiful."

[jedi_exile]

"Yes. Thank you." Kira smiles down at the little girls. "This is Kaelyn," Kira touches the blonde, before touching the brunette's head, "And Ellia."

[girlcalldchuck]

"Those are very pretty names," she remarks. Definitely nothing like she's heard in her world.

"I'm Chuck. Well, Charlotte, actually."

[jedi_exile]

"Pleasure to meet you." Kira smiles. "I'm Kira."

[girlcalldchuck]

"Nice to meet you too," she says. "I guess I'm still kind of new to this place, but it's nice that children can come here too."

Shows how safe a place it can be.

"We haven't been here in a while...but we used to come when they were newborns." Kira looks at the twins fondly.

[girlcalldchuck]

"Oh, wow."

She wonders what it might be like to be a child and come here.
