Atton has been uplifted, through the power of handwaved hugs.
It's immediately noticeable that he's not himself, today. He's unarmed, grinning foolishly (well, that's fairly normal) and doesn't seem especially alert. Also, he has daisies threaded into his hair. He thinks they make him look pretty.
