It's Malcolm and a scotch, hardly an odd combination. He's sitting at the bar and people-watching.
Malcolm would have a book of some kind, but he's already got three or four going at the moment, and since they're all patient-related, he doesn't feel quite up to them just now. Malcolm is as dedicated as they come, but even he needs a night off now-and-then.
So for now, it's people-watching, and there's rarely a dull moment for that in the bar.
