This morning, Teja is outside, going through some exercises that Ryu Hayabusa has shown him.-

He has come down through the bypass door he disovered recently, without any cloak and armour; it is finally warm enough for that. Later, he will come to the bar itself and have his breakfast, dressed as usual; but now, he is exercising by the lake side,

Beware, Teja. Not wearing armor leaves you vulnerable to attack.

You never know when pale enemies opponents in white might drop from the tree branches to challenge you.

Yrael lands lightly on his feet, in a fighting stance Kyo taught him, grinning at Teja.

Teja adopts one of the basic stances Ryu has taught him as he briefly bows his head in greetings to his friend.

Yrael nods, cheerfully.

And lunges, his fist speeding towards Teja's chest.

Teja blocks, quietly -- he has learned this, already.

"I thought you were more an axe guy than a handy guy." Atton notes as he wanders over. His coat and scarf are both missing, today, and he doesn't have any of his blasters on him. He does, however, have his vibrodisks on his belt and his sword in his hand, resting on his shoulder.

"Atton Rand!" Teja says, turning to look at him. "Greetings! Indeed, I would normally train with bladed weapons; but one man in this place has been showing me exercises and a philosophy from his lands, and I would try out those. They make good swords there; so the philosophy that drives their battles is worth looking at."

"Shame there isn't an Echani in the bar, you'd probably explode with delight." Atton remarks, grinning slightly.

"I do not know what an Echani is," Teja says, "and I would have you known that I have not ever exploded with delight. With rage, maybe, with grief, or the wish for destruction, but not delight. If I did or do take joy in something, it would be much less than explosive."
