Bonzo is currently in the middle of a training session with Dooku. What that means is that, in short, Dooku is spending a good deal of time for most of the day watching Bonzo practice lightsaber katas with a very good model lightsaber and then correcting him afterwards on flaws in his form, his footsteps, and so forth.
This, however, is not the case now; since they're at the end of their daily training session, they're both sparring with their lightsabers in 'training mode', and Dooku is easily batting aside Bonzo's moves...but the practice is good for both of them.
It should also make for a very nice light show.
