Kira slips into the seat across from him and watches him for a moment. "Hey you."

"Hey." Atton says, looking up briefly.

"What're you doing?" Kira smiles, looking down at the thing Atton's creating.

"Guppy wants to spy on his family. I'm making devices for him t'use t'do it with."

"...he wants to spy on his family...why?" She sighs. "You know what, nevermind, I don't want to know."

"So he can make sure they're treating their new baby right. His family are kinda insane."

[jedi_exile]

"...oh, okay. That actually...sounds good." She nods. "So, speaking of babies...you should come by. And see your godchildren."

YEAH. She's so not sly about it.

"But they're mean. You have mean children. I can send Lyman t'visit them? They'll never be able t'tell the difference."

"They're babies." She sighs. "Seven months old. They are not mean. And no, because I don't even know Lyman."

"He's very nice. Smells of nerf."

"But nerf doesn't really smell good." Kira points out. "Which is also a valid point."

"Doesn't smell bad. Besides, he can shower first."

"Or you could just come."
