It's not that Cyrus hasn't been in the Bar. Where else could he be? But he's just kept to himself of late. Reading, watching TV, even visiting the gym once in a while (except perhaps when it being used for emergency nightmare watch). But he just hasn't really been around people. Sometimes it's a little jarring, knowing you're still dead.
Almost as jarring as being told you need to pay the tab. Yes, he really doesn't have to. He knows about the Joe Manco Fund (why is that name so familiar?). But he believes in being self-sufficient. And so he's been jarred from his silence and now sits at the Bar, studying his tab - rooms aren't really that pricey compared to the Neptune Grand - and trying to decide how to pay the bills.
