Yrael lashes out, still flailing in his sleep, at being poked by what he thinks is another of the vines holding him. He yowls. Rarely, if ever, has he been this close to panic.
Yrael's catshape erupts with a yowl, up into light as bright as the sun, eight feet tall and blazing white, made of bright flames and chaotic Free Magic. From the torso up, he is mostly humanoid, but emaciatedly thin, with long, bony arms and elongated fingers. The torso sits upon a whirling column of white flame and Free Magic.
The light is suddenly gone, making the bar seem much darker than before. Yrael stands there in human form, looking uncertain and not a little standoffish.
"I had a nightmare. It's nothing," he says, stiffly. He looks a lot like Kyo when he says Grrrr, nevermind!
"Ivanhoe," Yrael calls to one of the watching waitrats. "A bucket of water, if you please? And ask the Loompas to clear the remains? Yes, I will pay for a new couch."
"Some nightmares have been coming true, lately, for patrons of the bar. My friend Teja relived one of the worst times in his life, and woke up covered in blood. My friend Merlin dreamt of his brother torturing him and woke up with real injuries having been inflicted on him."
"Yes, something is wrong," he growls, moving the still-smoking couch towards the lake door. "I thought I could fix it- go after the one responsible myself. He caught me off-guard."

The couch is burning.

But then he's rushing over. "Yrael?"

After a long time, he says, "Kyo," and nods his head. He's awake now, and that's the main thing, but he's still dazed, and not thinking quite clearly.

He's so lost, and doesn't know what to do. "You were just dreaming!"

"Owww."
He points at the couch. "We should put that out."

It's so weird to not be the cause of trouble for once.

He might be a little annoyed. It's not really at Yrael, but at the situation. However, Kyo conveys this with his usual finesse.

...for a stupid cat.
(Somewhere, the mun smites Yuki.)
"That's exactly the reason," he agrees, idly, as he nimbly dodges the water used to put out the couch. "It was not good."

He frowns. "Is something wrong?"
