Nightmares had long sinced left the little girl's mind when death took hold. She had seen many lives pass through the Kingdoms for over one hundred years- what part of her that should have mourned faded to a dull knot in the back of her brain. But she still knew fear. Paul and the Doctor kept that alive daily for her.
Walking along the underside of one of the beams above the bar the time keeper hummed to herself not even remembering the events from a few days prior. Mary was happy with the fact that neither of them were here to taunt her or seek new 'patients' with the bar patrons. She was completely unaware of what was stalking the patrons at night in their dreams.
