Back on Alderaan, things are as they've always been. Except now, despite as hard as he tries, Revan looks at everything with a much more critical eye. As though there was nothing - despite it being where his girls are - that he liked about the planet anymore. And he doesn't like or want to feel that way

Kira hangs back.

Since coming back to Alderaan, she's been doing that. Hanging back. She...worries now that they're back.

She worries a lot more, that is.

Eventually though, she comes and sits and listens to Revan's puppet show, dropping into a near by armchair, quietly.

"And then the Chieftan said, 'Bantha, if you want to live, you must bring me water vaporators.' And the bantha promised that he would and he fled from the enclave before the Sand People could change their mind," Revan's saying as Kira sits down, mimicking the actions with the toys.

She smiles softly as she watches him, head propped up with her hand as she watches him tell the story.

"So our bantha is all, 'where the kri-'" Revan's eyes flick to Kira as he corrects himself (because he so hasn't been using such words in front of the girls), "'where in the Force am I supposed to get water vaporators?'. And his companion, Jawa - Kae, don't eat the Jawa! That's Carth!"

Here, have a much later Jedi. "Hello, Master Revan," he says. "Hello... babies?"

"Ellia and Kaelyn," Revan supplies helpfully, smiling slightly before clarifying: "Kae's the one trying to eat the Jawa toy. And I haven't been a Master since the wars."
