Will is happy, there is grinning and smiling a bit of an edge of worry since Atton is an ass, but Kate is wonderful and Steph gets beamed at,

"What are ye drinkin'?"

"Hi Will!" Steph grins at him. "Lemon, lime & bitters. Tastes great. Why are you looking so glowy?"

"Wouldna be polite to tell ye, but told ye 'bout Kate aye?"

"Ooooh." Steph laughs. "Reeeally. I seeeee."

[will_scarlett]

Will's just going to blush and turn remarkably red and then flop down on the couch, well the small bit of available couch,

"Ye'd like 'er, does the same sort o'thing ye do, bein' a vigilante an all, with a group called the Young Avengers an things went rather fast but lovely. After All 'allow's went 'ome, month or so went by, came back sick, she took care o'me an just aye, ye 'ave to meet 'er."

"I promise I won't tell her any filthy stories about you," Steph says, angelically.

"I'll give ye good booze if ye dinna, want 'er to keep likin' me though she saw me in the awful red costume an seemed to think was sexy."

"You know, I never actually expected to hear the word 'sexy' on your lips, Will," she informs him, giggling. "Clearly this Kate's making changes!"

Will just grins, "Na changin' that much, love 'er but well just tis what she said after all."

"Sure." Steph smirks just a little. "Suuuure."

Steph gets a pillow thrown at her,

"Be nice, did things proper least think so, need to go ask Guppy 'bout that."

"...hang on, what?"

[will_scarlett]

Will's going to look innocent and blush some more,

"Well, um, Kate meant Guppy to talk to me 'fore but with Atton's note 'bout bein' almost dead but na, just well um."

Steph wrinkles her nose at him.

"Do I want to know?"

When she got Atton's note she went upstairs and got very, very drunk. Steph hates not being able to help people almost as much as she hates failing to keep them safe. She's just going to pretend that it didn't happen now.

"I mean, you're talking to a doctor about your girlfriend, shouldn't that kind of thing be ... private?"

"Was 'bout modern stuff an all, instructions were 'elpful an all, na sure why Kate wanted a banana."

Will's trying to be helpful and not dig himself a bigger hole and its not his fault, his passion is wired oddly and with the expectation of dying tomorrow.

Steph is giggling.

"We're changing the subject now. Sooo, how about that recent and relevant sports team, huh?"
