Valerie notices him following after a minute, and decides not to say anything -- the kids in the bar generally seem able to take care of themselves, and she's never seen anyone act maliciously towards them.
A few minutes later, he's still following, and Valerie is trying -- unsuccessfully -- to hide an amused smile.
By that point, the bunny doll has, in fact, become a makeshift tray, sitting propped on its back on one open palm as Momiji walks, back straight, just a little ways behind Valerie. He seems to realize that he's been spotted...but that just gets a wide grin out of him and makes him re-double his efforts to seem very professional.

He may or may not be trailing right behind Valerie, doing his stalwart best to mimic her every move. Being a waitress looks fun, after all!
Though the doll would likely get in the way of trays.

Valerie pauses by a vacant table and clears a few half-empty glasses off.
She leaves the empty one there. Just to see.

He sounds thrilled to see her.
"Sane company, at last."

She detours towards his table.
"'We're all mad here,'" she quotes cheerfully. "Been a while, hasn't it? I think last time we talked, you and Geoffrey were waving rapiers."

Which is going... well.
"Are you working? Can you skive off for a moment or two?"
