The Rani has been in her TARDIS, doing her usual work and ignoring everyone for the last few weeks, but for some reason, she's sitting in a corner booth and enjoying a plate of grilled vegetables and a glass of water. Washuu, already irritable, finds the gaze to be hostile. After all, she's just looking over her daughter's design specs, does that warrant the cold look?

She's had people assume she's working on a PDA. She acts accordingly now, still working.

She doesn't have time for conversations without a purpose. Or those that sound as if they'll irritate her. Hence, she keeps at her work.

Washuu hmphs to herself, but decides that picking a fight would be a bad idea, so she returns to her own work, making notes with an actual pencil.

She's got enough to do, and she realizes she didn't even print out Kagato's notes. She summons her holo-console so she can read through them. She might need more coffee for this. Probably more whiskey, too.
