As superior as HQ's canteen is to other canteens in the nation, it still cannot beat Milliways. The quality of the bar's food goes without saying. Milliways also provides one thing the canteen can't: people. Specifically: James' wife. She may be the person he's looking for when he every so often peers up from his newspaper.
