Mirai has been quietly trying to locate someone from Security to ask some questions. Unfortunately, he's been too quiet, and he also spent some time trying to find a room to let since he expects to be around a while.
So today, wearing jeans, a blue t-shirt, sneakers and a leather jacket, he comes down the stairs and quietly asks the bar for the means to leave a message for someone in Security.
The message reads,
I have recently come here to observe for dangers to my world. I have been advised by my superiors to associate with the local protection and law enforcement authorities in order to do so without giving offense. Thank you for any time you can give me to discuss it.

That done, he gets a book he's never read before, a glass of a beverage he's never had before, and finds a place to sit. While he's reading and suffering through his first glass ever of Moxie, he's easy to bother if you like.
