And she hurries right the heck over to where Will's standing. sometimes a consequence of being stuck as a bird for a week is being woefully out of the loop. "Will? What are... are you going back?"
Yes, woefully out of the loop indeed. Will's getting the wiiide eyes turned on him. "I... Oh. I knew you were worried, but I didn't realize it was now and--" and something else he's just said clicks.
Some of the names are familiar, one or two are not. And for her part, Sariel's looking suddenly very serious over there. She's quiet when she asks, but not as tentative as might be expected. "Could you use my help, with anything?"
Between the common dark experiences and the whole explaining the craziness of the bar thing, not to mention everything else Will's done for her, she probably figures she owes him one. Or several.
"Are ye a fighter, Sariel? Willna be a clean fight, we'll be 'mbushin' 'em an they'll be 'xpectin' us. Molly wants to come, but I'm 'avin' 'er stay with Tuck an Gene, just in case there's need."
He's grateful for the offer, but doesn't want Sariel hurt in his world, because she's trying to do the right thing.
"I've had training," Sariel starts, then pauses. the truth of the matter is obvious on her face even before she admits it. "But no, not really. Not unless I have to be." that's not ruling out the possibility that she may just have to be, mind.
"I wouldna put ye in danger, Sariel, an I'm grateful ye wish to 'elp. If ye truly wish to come, 'rhaps ye could aid Gene an Molly with Tuck, be out o'the worst o'the fight."
Her answer is automatic, and genuine. "Anything I can do, I will do. I'm glad to help." This is friendship, and it's prisoners helping prisoners, and she'd likely feel seven kinds of horrid if she didn't go along.
Good luck talking her out of this one, in other words.
If Bar was expecting Sariel to join in, she's darn perceptive. And precognitive. Probably both. Sariel accepts that dress with a nod of thanks. "That isn't a problem. I guess I won't be the only one?" She's remembering that list of people, no doubt.
She may only have a faint accent when speaking English the majority of the time, but from Sherwood she isn't. That much is obvious.
"It isn't a problem, really." From her tone, it truly doesn't sound as though Sariel's bothered at all. the green wool of one of that dress's sleeves is fingered gently for a second, before she turns in the direction of the loo. "I'll just be a second."
She's gone only for a short time, and when she reappears, she looks far more likely to blend in in Sherwood than before. The armful of uniform she carries ends up with Bar before she rejoins Will. "Uh... what do I do about--" and she gestures with one hand to the boots held in the other.
and she stops. And she blinks.

"This should 'elp ye blend in then. Though 'rhaps would be best if ye spoke more French since na sure best way to 'xplain yer accent."

The dress is quite simple, a dark green wool that will help her blend in Sherwood.

Even before Starfleet training was a part of the equation, not helping a friend was so very many shades of not on in Sariel's book.
